A track record built across the full lifecycle of enterprise technology

I help organizations bridge the gap between strategic technology ambition and operational execution, across ERP, data and analytics, digital transformation, and AI. Over 15+ years leading enterprise technology programs, I've seen the same pattern play out again and again: the technology works, and the initiative still fails because alignment, governance, or adoption was never built into the plan.

My work sits at the intersection of strategy, technology delivery, and organizational change. I partner with executive, business, and technical teams to ensure that enterprise technology initiatives are designed, implemented, and adopted in a way that delivers sustained business value.

Rather than focusing on a single layer of execution, I work across the full lifecycle of transformation, from early assessment and solution definition, through implementation and deployment, and into adoption, governance, and continuous improvement. This ensures that alignment, readiness, and operating model considerations are embedded from the start, not treated as afterthoughts.

My experience spans hands-on delivery and leadership across ERP and enterprise systems implementations, data warehouse and analytics programs, digital transformation and infrastructure modernization, contact center automation, Microsoft ecosystem projects, security operations transformation, and AI and conversational AI initiatives, including healthcare AI. Across these programs, I have combined technical understanding with structured program leadership and ADKAR-based change management to drive successful outcomes in complex environments.

That breadth of experience led to the development of the ACTION™ framework, a structured approach for guiding enterprise technology initiatives from assessment through implementation to sustained adoption and value realization.
